Veterinary Assistant Clinical Supervisor
Frank Javier
Frank’s love for animals began early with his first dog, a cocker spaniel named Arielle. In 2012, he started raising and training dogs for wounded veterans while earning a degree in Human Resource Management. By 2020, Frank transitioned from training and behavior to the medical side of veterinary care.
Frank began his journey at ASC as a Veterinary Assistant in Emergency/Critical Care and stepped into the role of dermatology lead in 2021. Frank has demonstrated a deep commitment to fear-free care and staff training. His interests also remain focused on Emergency and Dermatology.
As the VA Clinical Supervisor, Frank is committed to teaching, fostering, and sustaining a culture of positive and thoughtful care. He firmly believes in the value of teamwork.
In his spare time, Frank enjoys movies, going to the gym, hiking, and spending time with his daughter. At home, he has his own pack of pups, including a 13-year-old Coton de Tulear named Ernie, a dermatology patient turned rescue.
